• I am the organizer of The Kindness Club at Boeing for the past ten years
• I am the recipient of the Unsung Hero award and the Exceptional Employee award from Boeing
• I have been a chapter leader for the global giving circle Dining for Women for the past 12 years
• I have been a kindness enthusiast for decades subscribing to copious kind and happy and positive news publications
• One year I wrote 100 thank you notes in six months
• I am the creator of the kindness website and newsletter writer giving readers easy, doable, joy-inducing, and cheap or free ways to spread kindness in the world
• I am the host of an amazing and fun kindness podcast picking the brains of my kindness heroes
• I've had the opportunity to interview famous kindness legends on how kindness has affected them and how they are spreading kindness on my show
