This course will take you through the following topics:

• KINDNESS TO YOURSELF

1. I will teach you through a series of short videos. There are five sections to this course. Each section will have a series of lectures, a comment section, a quiz to test your learning, a 'funwork' assignment, and any resources I have mentioned in the video lectures.
2. This course is taught in a casual style and I am speaking to you like I am speaking to a close friend. I must warn you that I am liberal. I care deeply about the well-being of others and while I try not to I may say a bad word or two.
